[BC] The place for OTA TV

I was just in Hawaii and the only dual affiliation was virtual channel 2 which is Fox and CW. But LIN owns the station and is not sharing with another licensee. 

I can imagine the prairies would have multiple affiliations but that has been going on forever. That is the simple math of low population density. The problem will solve itself after the FCC gives their channels to the cellphone companies and they have no TV at all.
