 Anything is "actionalble." However, it would cost me over $5,000 just to get started and the liklihood of recovering even the expenses is nil. The police claim that it is a "civil" matter and they won't get involved. It cost me $500.00 for a lawyer licensed in California to tell me that there is nothing I can do.
