What Gary answers is correct, all the streams are individual picture
and embedded sound packets of information, the multiplexer combines

these into a linear stream of packets with appropriate header info
so that your decoder may present them to you as if you were watching
only the single stream. Anything in setup and and defining the packets
to you to decode will impact what you may decode.

Some decoders are better than others with mismanaged PID's and other
small errors that may have been introduced by the multiplexer.

They are all part of the same 19Mb stream though.
