[BC] Noisy dbx286

We have a number of dbx286a mic processors. A couple of them are noisy. It's not power supply noise; it's as if the
switching noise from the comparators is getting into the audio. The first thought is to replace the filter caps, but I
wonder if anyone has diagnosed this exact problem. Are any of the bypass caps in the comparator circuits the culprits?
