As long as the delay is smaller than the variable delay line you purchase, 
all is good.  So, if it is perceptibly under 2 seconds you should be fine 
with the Behringer unit.  You don't need to quantify it to tune it out.  :-) 
Your ears and eyes are adequate test gear.  Now, if you wanted to be a 
stickler you could use a timeline capture to measure the delay.  Simply 
record someone clapping and/or using a slate with a clap stick.  You can 
count the number of frames or the milliseconds on the sound part of the 
editor's time line to get a number if you so wish.
