I had a Nautel V (not VS) 2.5.  Nautel's Edsel. Three rack mounted boxes. Two 1 kw transmitters into a separate combiner. Now the combiner had a cut-out for a LAN jack that was used with an optional gadget I didn't get. Just the small cut-out on the back panel, the only opening into the box.

Transmitter goes off--combiner problem.  Disconnect the 40,000 cables, pull the combiner out of the rack and open it up to find chewed up paper, seeds and those little black dots that look like sesame seeds but are not ;-( !  A mouse had taken up residence.

Replaced two transistors that had failed & put the transmitter back together (then a month later the software committed suicide, blowing up both amps).
