[BC] New FCC Rule could affect us all

Dale:  When I worked for a Big Consultant inside the Washington Beltway,  I worked on DoT and DoJ engagements.  I had two separate acronym lists tacked in front of my computer on my office wall so I could communicate with these clients.  In many cases, the same acronym stood for something entirely different for each client. Barrel of fun!  Ran screaming away from that place eventually. Now I live in the Beautiful Missouri Ozarks where many of the natives don't know the whole English alphabet. Not much pretension down here, nosiree (snap of overall straps heard).
