Cowboy -

That's a good tip - I have always depended upon the rodent poison inside the ATUs to stop any critters that get in, but re-enforcing the foam to try to keep them out is an excellent extra precaution. I will have a look at the hardware store (yes kids, a real, locally owned hardware store, not a home center) to see what they have - I'll probably want to use something fairly coarse and pretty tough.
