According to the report, it's more than simply being a cover. One 
organization's specific intent was to expose children to a specific 
faith sect. A matter uncovered in the TV investigation. Only after the 
intent was revealed that the religious organization changed it's website 
to reflect that mission.

Shady doesn't begin to describe this organizations activities.
