Resampling voice so that a 2 minute legal discaimer can be blatted out in five seconds is a real turn-off for me. I have a special buttgon on my car radio that automatically operates evert time if hear "Ntvidinalstateasonlicompncethlocalregulas...".
 
Such "legal" tags are worthless in a lawsuit bacuse they convey no information presented in a format "understandable by the ordiary listener..."
