[BC] DTV Signal penetration

I can get the converter box to show signals on all the VHF allocations I can't get. I see **********no********** trace of a signal on WLOS 13. They were supposed to get really high power for their allocation,  75,000 watts. I don't know if they ever went through with it. I do get the WUNF on the same tower but not all the time. To get above tree top level at least a 75 foot tower would be necessary.
