Some things I forgot..... Once you are up and running, work on trying to get on Iheart, Streams, Tunein and similar services. You are going to have to build at least a half decent website to support the streams. Make sure there are enough production computers, 3 for the control room which is one automation, one for possibly phones and other on air stuff and one general purpose. One for stream processing, 2 or 3 for production. This is all above and beyond the general office stuff.
