FM translators for AM stations serve only to promote the business interests
of AM station owners while directing the audience away from the AM band to
the FM band where they may likely remain. FM translators poison the well for
AM broadcasting.  I am four-square against FM translators for this reason.
Can't make a profit with your AM authorization? Tough apples.  Sell your
station assets and open a beauty salon.
