A client of mine just built an AM station within the Boston city limits.
It's located on a very small piece of land owned by a construction company
in the Hyde Park neighborhood, and uses a Valcom whip antenna.
Right now the station is being programmed from a computer, and the only
voice you'll hear on it is mine (on drop-ins and ID's), but that's going
to end in a couple weeks when he starts presenting live, local programming
from a newly built studio co-located with one of his other stations.
