If you do the CDBS search and set a date window (e.g. 10/1/2013 to 11/21/2013 it would then pick up just the new applications.

Most of the apps I've looked at don't have the KML function set up right, so you need to feed the coordinates into Google Earth/Topozone, or something similar to find out where they really are.

As mentioned, one local app is listed for one town, but the site is actually in the center of another town some 7 miles away.
