[BC] Scientific Atlanta D9850 Digital Satellite Receiver...

Gang,

I suppose this should go to the tech assist group, but I thought I'd 
try here...  I have a Scientific Atlanta D9850 Digital Satellite 
receiver.  It appears to be locked so I can't change any of the 
presets.  I want to use it for FTA reception of The ARTS 
channel.  Does anyone know what it takes, or how to unlock this 
critter?  I've got the manual, but of course it doesn't address this.
