One other thing you all should be aware of: More and more ISPs (particularly
cable ones) are blocking UDP. The reason is to stop companies like Vonage from
siphoning off service that they think they deserve (ie: Their monthly phone
service). I discovered this when I worked for Barix - links that worked for
years would just stop and putting them on Raw TCP would fix the problem. 

It also affects RTP and BRTP (both of these use UDP as their underlying
protocol).

I encountered it with a client again today.
