Yesterday afternoon, I was in Indianapolis where WIBC-FM (93.1fm, Indianapolis) went wall-to-wall, simulcasting on their co-owned stations (WFNI 1070am, WLHK 97.1fm, WYXB 105.7fm and W298BB 107.5fm).  WIBC used EAS.

My cell phone (VZW) never received any alerts.
