[BC] DST for the rest of you

It was interesting being one time zone closer to GMT while still being in 
North America.  I spent the better part of a week in Nova Scotia and I found 
the one hour shift to be transparent except for calling home when I had to 
add an hour to not be calling during dinner time.  Other than that, I liked 
Atlantic Time.
