[BC] DST for the rest of you

The sun set about 4:30 yesterday, and it was quite dark by 5 PM. If we had 
not reverted to EST, the sun would have stayed up until 5:30. Since the 
biggest shopping season of the year happens to coincide with the darkest 
time of the year, one has to question the retailers' logic.

MA should probably be on Atlantic Standard Time, year-round.
