It's one thing to list them on e-bay, it's another to sell and derive 
the desired after fees revenue from them.  Best to check the completed 
listings and see what's actually sold and for how much. That pretty much 
defines the market these days.

Unless you have a definite buyer for the devices lined up or the market 
does in fact bear out the sought after asking prices (after the fees and 
time needed to sell), then my first preference would be to take cash, 
even if it's on a payment plan which includes some level of balance 
carrying fees/interest to make it worth your while. You did the work at 
their behest and they're asking you to accommodate them now that they 
can't pay you the debt.
