IRS nonprofit determination letter is not required - only state recognition
required as a non-profit entity.

I had some poor fool call me at 12 noon asking if we could do an application
for them. Sorry no.
I turned down four other ones yesterday - we shut the door on last minute
applications last Friday.

Nationwide - 8,318 - is my bet on the numbers - some say over 12,000. I
think much less. Thankfully, I didn't see that much demand. I suspect that
there were more than a few that did not seek outside consultants.  So it's
hard to tell, and I wish them well.
