[BC] Harris FM 3.5K tube vs. neutralization

Interesting.

I have found that the neutralization on these rigs really affects their sound,
particularly bass at high modulation.

I found the same thing on several BE 3.5 tube rigs.

I've worked on a 3.5 ( converted to a 5--a very bad idea, it turns out) 
quite a bit, including PA disassembly.
In my experience, the neutralizzation has very little effect, only changing 
the tuning a tad.
