But the breaker is in the wrong place to allow testing of the  
transistor IPA stage .... the "on" command for the IPA regulator is an  
aux contact to the plate contactor.   To test the IPA into a dummy  
load, you have to disconnect the three phase at the plate transformer  
if you want to be safe.
