May have to lift the plate voltage leads at the final. Lifting the leads to the plate xfmr won't help, since it's the same supply for both the IPA and final.  The IPA B+ feed comes off the 6kv lead somewhere--but I'm not exactly sure where.  It may be off one of the big resistors on the left side wall (right side from the back), near where the plate voltage meter sample comes off...the feed to the final appears to go from there up to the plate current meter then to the final.  Will take some digging as well to find the screen voltage lead to the final.
