[BC] Dorrough Loudness Meters

Does anyone here have any experience with Dorrough Loudness Meters? My 40-B2
only monitors the left program input. The right channel is not summed. There is
a DIP switch that tells the meter to sum left and right, but it doesn't make any
difference. I haven't scoped it out yet.

While Mike and Kay are great about making schematics available, the schematic on
their website for the 202 board doesn't match my 202-40-1-A Rev A board. (Mine
has a grand total of one quad op amp.)
