[BC] FCC response to complaint about incorrect tower registration information

A month is not an usual amount of time this time of year.  If you're 
concerned, look up whether there is a NOTAM on this tower. If there is a 
NOTAM in place, then what's the problem?

Yes, the rules want things repaired in two weeks or during the coarse of 
a NOTAM.  But sometimes that's not possible for any number of reasons...
