I think these guys made a tactical error by involving Disney.  Disney is
apparently well known in the legal community for not settling suits and
fighting tooth and nail to make every case against them as expensive and
painful as they can.  Every ambulance chaser in Anaheim and Orlando knows
that and will rarely take a slip-fall case on a flyer against them.  I got
the impression these guys are only a two-man troll team and if so, Disney
will bury them in paper.

Apparently one or more of the patents expire on the 15th of this month.  So
they are seeking damages for past infringement of their patent.

Believe Univision used to own several AM and FM stations.
