They're the ones with the deepest pockets. Any one of them is larger than
Ibiquity by some amount with a true ongoing cash flow to tap and seeking
trebling damages.

This will just about halt all sales of HD radio gear until some level of
adjudication occurs or Ibiquity indemnifies buyers.

I think suing the end users is bad practice on several fronts. Notice how
Apple sued Samsung and visa-versa. Did either sue the end buyers and users
of the smart phonesand tablets? No. This is where the Patent Troll enters
the discussion.
