[BC] HD Patent Fight

Three patents are being asserted from the mid-90's. I wonder what the
various prior companies to Ibiquity (AT&T, Gannett, USADR, et al) were
doing prior to those patent awards. Prior art may in fact come into play
here too.

The plaintiff's appear to be patent trolls if the related filings at the
bottom of the page are any indication.
