In Atlanta about ten years ago there was a cell tower next to
Hartsfield that kept setting my cellphone time wrong after a DST
switch.  They didn't fix it for two weeks.  I was amazed, because I
thought the cell system had to have a common clock in order to
properly encode/decode digital voice and to properly handle billing,
but I guess not.
