[BC] DST for the rest of you

Unfortunately, many of us have automation systems that don't like the extra hour at 2AM. If our traffic and on-air people handle the change the way they've been told to then No Problem. But I get woken up at 2AM at least 50% of the time when we have the change back to PST.
My fingers are crossed for this weekend.

Yes, most of you get to sleep in another hour, but you may have to spend more than that hour fixing clocks and servers.

Me, I'll just sleep in and have blueberry pancakes.
