The Moscow second channel ("Mayak" = "Lighthouse") used "Moscow Nights", 
but the first channel used "How Wide is My Motherland" ("Shirokaya strana 
moya rodnaya"). That was in use until the end of the USSR.

"Mayak" is still on the air, and still uses "Moscow Nights".
