[BC] Western Union Clocks

During my college daze we had Western Union clocks at WDUQ-FM.  The one is the air studio had more  drift than the soap aisle (if they even still make that detergent).  Nearing the top of the hour there would be a sudden click as the second hand would jump ahead about 10 seconds after receiving the TOH pulse.
 
Luckily, this was pre-NPR so we never had an actual network program to meet.
