They are a flat omni antenna used indoors. RCA, Terk and Channel Master
are but some of the manufacturers. The last I looked, Best Buy and other
TV retailers stocked them. They are good when the signal is relatively
local. Everyone I know who has one is happy. Warning! It probably will
not work well with very early vintage DTV sets with poorly implemented
tuners.

Try this omni. It is but one of a number out there. I have also seen
them stacked.
