[BC] Leonard Kahn dead at 86

That's very funny. In a sense it's true. I was very fortunate in
being one of the people Leonard and Ruth treated as family. Leonard
often asked for my opinion. Apparently he respected it because I
never endured the wrath of Kahn so many others claim they endured. I
didn't have to candy-coat anything. He listened.

While I still have a wonderful, fully functional, biological family I
would have been happy to be symbolically adopted by people as kind as
Leonard and Ruth. I spoke with Leonard shortly after Ruth died, then
he dropped out of sight.

This news is very sad.
