It certainly is post-processing Robert. I recorded it to 1/4" tape at 7.5IPS off a tuner from Gainesville, which is about 70 miles inland from the Orange Park transmitter site. I guess you didn't read my comments about the recording last week when I offered a link to those who were interested. 

In the meantime, Gary Blau has graciously offered to post it publicly.
