[BC] the old board op mentality

And in my first job in radio in March 1964 I was wondering around the
newsroom on Sunday afternoon, saw the 'tinsel' and thought that it must have
been left over from Christmas, so I removed it---the WRONG thing to do, as
the station was a daytimer, so no one caught the paper jam until the next
morning around 6am. I didn't get fired, but I sure got ribbed a lot.
Apparently the machine was so clogged up that the AP had to bring in a
replacement machine from Des Moines, 70 miles away.
