[BC] Autogram Pacemaker PS / parts

Repaired an Autogram Pacemaker power supply today.

Would be great if someone has:
     Another power supply
     A board for parts
     A board mostly working?

This board *is* getting long in the tooth, but is on air.

The -16v regulator failed and took two diodes with it. Traces lifted 
during repairs. Looks ugly but works for now.
