[BC] FCC IPAWS

[Lotus Engineering]

The usual feed for; all of California, all of Nevada, all of Oregon, and all of Washington which comes down at 11:05 was not received on 5 of my 6 Sage units as of now,  5:08 PM Pacific DST.  The 6th had other problems and received nothing.  I did receive the AZ and DC feeds that I also monitor.

        Two things.
        1. Do you have headers for something this morning that did not decode?
        2. What is your CAP/EAS receiver make?

        So far, I'm hearing about more Sage issues than anything else.
