This tower is used for WV public TV for this part of the
state.  Tower has been hit before by a plane--that time the
plane hit a guy wire and twisted the tower.
This time apparently knocked the off the top of the
tower--with a TV antenna.

WV broadcasting message board reports are the tower is
painted and lighted.
