Leonard Kahn - I spent some time with him back in the 70's we were one of
the group of stations doing AM stereo tests on the 810-KHz Kansas City as
well as our 590-KHz Omaha (back when Meredith owned them) using his system. 

We had a forward thinking PD at the time "Al" somebody who thought that
spending the $15K (I think that was the amount) was a good promotion for an
upcoming rating period. It was nice seeing all those billboards with "KCMO -
Now in Stereo"  - didn't help the ratings. But did generate some interest in
the two-radio thing, lots of calls on that.
