Gents:  

Good Heavens, Wayne Green!  Ancient of days. As I recall, his ham callsign
was W9NSD for 'Never Say Die.'  His CQ magazine fought against QST and was
noted for irreverence.  I loved it! 

As for Mr. Kahn (and I won't indulge in defamatory narrative), his perceived
arrogance surrounding attempting to own every patent and concept regarding
AM stereo is the reason many owners I know rejected AM stereo; they didn't
want to reward his perceived arrogant behavior.  One man's opinion, worth
what you paid for it.
