Just a reminder that the radiation pattern/gain of a MW monopole using a few 
horizontal, elevated wires much closer to the earth than 7 wavelengths
has been proven by field measurement to be ~equal to that same monopole 
using 120 x 1/4-wave buried radials (link below).
