This one is a bit convoluted, it would seem.
I am not a lawyer of course, but according
to one view of the ruling, the Supreme Court mainly ruled
*for* the FCC in that their rules were not unconstitutional,
and sent the case back to the Court of Appeals.
The part about Fox and ABC was that the FCC apparently
didn't give "fair notice" (whatever that is) to the networks.
This will pay a lot of lawyers kids' college tuitions.
Clarity .... that may be the most elusive part of this!
