[BC] WAPE's reach

WAPE's  0.5 mV/M contour extended North all the way to Myrtle Beach South Carolina.  South to below Daytona Beach.
 
I was visiting with Art Dellinger, C.E.  one day and he said that he was only running about 40 kW. power on the Brennan.   I asked why and he stated that the "Peak Tube, a 55XX? Machlett,  was out for rebuilding.
 
He simply rebiased the Carrier Tube. a 55xx? Machlett for linear operation and they were on the was at over 40 kW.   The linear driver tube was a single 6696 water cooled triode.
 
Anyone know where Art Dellinger lives?  Last I heard he had gone back to Charlotte. N.C.??
