I am aware of all this. The despicable thing is that for i don't know 
how long now, TWC will not sell anything between the whole digital pile 
and "basic", and they falsely say the reason for that is technical. The 
public doesn't know better, their service reps are trained to firmly 
stick to that lie, and no regulator will stop them.
