[BC] Usefulness of EAS

I have Wildblue at home (hopefully not much longer...Fairpoint has been running fiber in my neighborhood), and I can say for a fact that you can VPN over it.  The latency really makes it tough to do much of anything, but it's ok for an emergency.  Teamviewer doesn't work over it however.
