 Once upon a time I got into an 816 and found an 8 inch crescent 
 wrench laying in the cavity. Nashville, I think.
 The local chief, following the instructions of his predecessor, said
 to leave it there, else the box wouldn't tune.
 I tweaked the shelf, and it tuned right up.
