[BC] Ebay FM amp deal

A station several states away called to say they bought the FM AMP shown 
on Ebay: AMP1000B 1KW RF TUGICOM.  ($2200) I had never heard of this 
brand till today.

The station however, can't use it because it won't throttle down below 
900 Watts.  If they starve it for drive, it faults to off due to low 
drive.  It only operates between 900-1000 watts.

The station is screwed cause it needs much less drive for it's tetrode 
final (a 100KW station)

The Ebay seller doesn't take returns. Just something to keep in mind if 
you go to buy a budget ipa amp or final pa as the case may be.

I suspect they are Type Verified which is basically a declaration and a 
proof, as I understand it.  Just another tech episode from the real world.
